Filled-in, and faxed to Avenue Media (+39 051 65 64 334), specifying the name of the chosen hotel (please indicate two further options in case your first choice is fully booked) along with your credit card number as guarantee for the booking and payment of your stay. If you do not want to give your credit card details, the entire cost of your stay must be sent to Avenue Media by means of Wire transfer. You will receive a booking confirmation with the address and phone number of the hotel along with its cancellation policy and a description of no-show penalties.

Booking deadline: 30th July 2006

After this date the room availability cannot be guaranteed.

Payment

If you have booked giving your credit card details, you must pay the hotel directly upon check-out. Extras must also be settled directly with the hotel.
